Biography:

René Diederich is an Employment Law and Real Estate Specialist with an extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation.

 

His expertise in employment law encompasses individual and collective labour law (discrimination laws, employment benefits and pension plans). He is a recognised expert in restructuring, outsourcing and transfer of undertakings.

 

René Diederich has also a broad expertise in the field of commercial real estate transactions, including environmental and construction law, real estate planning and structuring, development and funding.

 

He is a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1980 and served as Chair (Bâtonnier) of the Luxembourg Bar Council from 2012 to 2014.

 

René Diederich is a member amongst other of IBA (International Bar Association), UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats) and founding member of ELSA (Employment Law Specialists Association)
